• Ulysses communicated well before our move and on the morning of the move. He was professional and capable. I wish he had stayed for the entire move instead of leaving us in the inexperienced hands of his two young interns. These boys were respectful and willing but were not professional movers. They needed constant prompting to tell them what to do and how to do it. The only way we came close to our 2 hour timeframe was because I was doing a third of the work myself as a middle-aged woman. I lifted a lot of the boxes and had to direct them to keep them going. Ulysses stayed for about 15 min. at the start of our move and then came back to check in for about 15 min. before leaving. I'm not satisfied with that situation. The fees for this move were about twice as expensive as what I paid in St. Louis for 2 strong professional men who knew what they were doing. I appreciate that the City Boys need to learn their trade but then the rate should reflect that. They did complete the move.
