I made the reservation on June 14, 2025, and indicated in the reservation that I needed two movers. The text confirmation clearly stated that two movers would arrive at 12PM; however, only one mover showed up at that time. When we asked him about the second mover, he informed us that he did not know where the other person was and that he was the only one there. At that point, we attempted to contact you multiple times by phone but received no response. The worker on site also tried to call you and similarly received no answer. Eventually, he received a text message from you stating, I’m in the shower, relax. This response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Even after we asked the worker to have you contact us directly, we received no follow-up. Despite these repeated attempts, there was no clear communication from your side. Because there was only one mover, our standing desk was mishandled and damaged in the process. The desk is less than a year old.
