I booked 4 hours (as recommended by u-haul for the size and travel time). Two guys came (early 20s they looked like). I have a bad back and needed movers to help but honestly would have done it faster by myself and a friend. I caught them taking their sweet time moving things or being on their phones. They didnt have the strength to lift and ended ripping my mattress. And we had to help them several times. They ended up using the entire 4 hours just loading (honestly i just needed the furniture put in, everything was packed and ready to go). I hired them for the low cost but honestly if I knew this would happen I would rather paid triple for proper movers. If you need light stuff moved hire them (but watch and make sure they're working and not standing chatting). If you have heavy objects. Avoid these guys
