• Omar and his workers were strong and hard working, but not professional movers. They have a high star rating because Omar asks his clients to provide a review on move day before unpacking, assessing breakables, and taking inventory. Timing, breakage, and lost items were the big issues. The elevator was booked for a specific 2 hour window and the timing recommended by the movers did not align with the elevator timing. Large furniture items were well wrapped and transported without any damage, however boxes labelled fragile were not treated as such. Multiple boxes (marked fragile and containing items well wrapped and cushioned) must have been dropped or thrown because delicate contents were broken. Several items packaged together have gone missing. I am not suggesting that anyone would have stolen a package, only that it didn’t make it from one address to the next for unknown reasons.

• The guys were super nice. Despite our time challenge, they really pulled through like champions. Would recommend!
