  • TLDR - arrived late, left early, did not complete job, and happily pocketed the money. Robin showed up with a senior who had difficulty carrying heavy items. Needless to say, the loading took more time than needed. After loading for three hours besides a fifteen minute lunch break, Robin said their time would run out by the time they got to new house and opted to collect his money and leave me with a truck full of stuff to unload on my own. When we spoke on the phone, I had asked about the possibility of extending and he had been ok with it - on the day, he claimed he was booked on another job and couldn’t extend. True to the name, did a bit of lifting and loading - nothing at all by way of unloading. Added a whole bunch of stress to an already difficult day by ditching the unloading. Save your money and effort; hire another mover. Recommend Coraza Movers - they showed up on time and unloaded in 45 minutes what Robin took 3 hours to load. No thanks, lift and load yourself.

    Hello, when we arrived, you were still packing frantically and you packed each box so heavy that it required two people to carry, which is not how a box should be packed. Additionally, as we were packing the truck methodically you kept adding items which were not mentioned beforehand. This is that is evident of poor planning on your behalf, as you took up the responsibility to pack. You had no regard for your own personal belongings as you were stepping on them, which is something that us as movers cannot afford to do. You booked us for four hours which we gave you, a loading, always takes more time than unloading. You do not have the right to override another customers move as they have paid the same as you. Poor planning and packing on your behalf is out of our hands we did the best we could to serve you. Thank you for your understanding.
