• Before the service happening, I encountered significant delay on communication. At the day of booking reservation, I try to contact them, but no one answering the phone, and reply my voice mail. I only received a phone call at midnight which I missed, asking about my preferred time. I replied immediately to indicate I prefer morning around 9am. I completely didn't get any response or confirmation back of that. On the 2nd day (booked moving day), and the time passed my preferred time, no one show up and no phone call in or answer my call out. Later, I received another message to say that they will come by noon, and saying on the way. But 3 hours later, they come in the after noon. This significant delay without proper notification and negotiation makes me very unhappy. The job itself has been done well. They request to add a little bit extra compensation for 10min overtime. I agreed to pay anyway. After coming back to my home, I found some of my wall has been scratched by furniture.

• luis and luis We're the nicest and most hardworking people that I have ever met in my entire 64 years of life. They were great workers spoke English well and it was the best moving experience I've ever had especially since another company left us stranded
