• My move was last minute so the original team was not available. I'm happy that they found other people but besides that things didn't go that great. One of the movers had no strength to move heavy items, they put items in rooms with no plan (items were placed in the middle of the room, or blocking the door instead of against walls stacked to make room for other items as they came in). Items were told where to go, but still were put in wrong locations despite boxes being marked. Boxes were not held from the bottom so my heavy box of candles that said fragile and were triple taped fell through and thank God only one broke. I understand this was last minute and it was narrow staircases, which is why I don't want to slam them, but I think things could've went way better. In the end, I was glad the job got done, they worked hard with the help of my family, but I was disappointed in the way my things were handled & stored and it was clear that 1 of the 2 guys was not a professional mover.

• This was such a great move. The guys came in and began working right along with me and my family. They moved the large pieces from my home to the storage space in less than the 4 hours I thought we needed. The majority of the time was the travel from the house to the storage unit. Beautiful and clean move.

• I was very happy, because the two gentlemen were very careful with my furniture and with the walls. They were on time and very courteous. Mr. Byrd even backed up the truck for me. I’m very thankful. I paid their tips in cash and Venmo.
