  • We had a 8AM confirmed start time that was requested by Carters Care when he called to confirm the order. At 1030 the morning of the load, I had reached out a total of 5 times between text and phone messages. They were very late with a number of varying excuses that contradicted each other and the communication lacked. That said, once on location, they did a great job packing and loading. I recommend reconfirming the day before if have a specific start time that has been discussed.

  • Very professional and positive attitude throughout the loading event. Both gentlemen went beyond the norm by taking the time to carefully wrap and help protect our widescreen which needed some TLC. They were careful with all our items. Would hire Carter's Care again because it was obvious that it was important to them to make the customer happy.
