  • Once the guys got there, they did an excellent job, emptying the apartment and packing the POD container. Only giving four stars because the address and time were verbally confirmed two days before the move and they were still one hour and 15 minutes late, which put us behind on a very tight schedule on moving day.

    Client was aware of the guys actually being thirty mins late, not an hour and fifteen mins. Address which was given on the order was the wrong one as well. Guys got the boxes out in thirty mins, client was not fully prepared, as they were still packing boxes, and belongings, wrapping up furniture. Which ultimately changes the course of the job for the guys, and took up their own time. Had the guys been there at eight, they would have been waiting even longer for the client. So the mix up on the address worked in the clients favor.
