When the moving containers arrived one of the containers was backward. The movers went back to Topeka to have the container put on another trailer. That increased the unloading 2 -3 hrs. In my opinion, the movers should have also caught the mistake before leaving U-Haul in Topeka. When I talked to the movers before leaving from California, I asked if they could help with assembling some of my furniture. I was assured that they could do that but instead they left right after unloading. If I had known that, I would have gone with a less costly mover service.
