Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I had to call the owner for scheduling. He did not call me back. I had to call again. He told me the guys would be there close to 1 pm. I got a call at 10 am that they were there. I was 1hr away and hadn't picked up the truck yet. The guys did well, but did a lot of 1 item at a time instead of using the hand truck. They did pack the truck to the max. Lowered stars are not for the guys who helped.
Arrived on time and were self motivated.
Brian Smith and his team went above and beyond for me. I had originally hired another company to handle this same move, but unfortunately they weren’t able to finish the job.
