This company is a complete scam. We paid for two movers; both arrived, but one left within 10 minutes due to the other making inappropriate remarks. Despite this, the company refused to send a replacement and instead promised a 50 percent refund, which we never received. For over a month, we were given repeated refund dates that came and went, along with multiple promises of callbacks from managers that never happened. After more than 30 consecutive calls, we finally reached a manager named Dan, who assured us an e-transfer would arrive within 24 hours. It never did. In total, we attempted contact over 100 times and only got through a handful of times, each ending with us being hung up on. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard is unacceptable. Their customer service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced, and their actions suggest a pattern of taking money without delivering on their commitments. I strongly advise against this company.
