  • These people failed to load the truck properly and as a result significant damage was done to our furniture. The company that unloaded the truck commented on how terrible of a job this crew did. They put lightweight, fragile boxes on the bottom and heavy boxes on top, smashing valuable items. They failed to tie down the load or secure it properly. During the loading we noticed one mover spent much time in the bathroom and on his cell phone. The experience was terrible, and it reflects VERY poorly on U-Haul. This group should never be used. We will be discussing the damage with U-Haul, and we expect them to take serious action.
