  • All communication by text, we would have preferred by phone. Workers were nice and courteou but Had to keep reminding them of what went in the pod boxes. 2 workers seemed to be experienced movers, other three did not appear experienced. One worker came in slide sandals, they took many breaks, asked for beer when we unloaded the outdoor fridge. Very nice people just not as professional as we were expecting.
