  • Overall, everything went well and the move was smooth. One of the movers was very professional and did an excellent job. However, the other mover was very unprofessional and did not seem to know how to handle furniture properly. Because of his carelessness, my dresser was damaged and came apart. I even paid for an extra hour, so I expected my furniture to be handled with more care. I don’t believe someone with this level of experience should be hired to move customers’ furniture. Aside from this issue, everything else went smoothly
