• Jeff and his team showed up on time and that was all that went well. Jeff’s team scratched, dented, chipped or put holes in 8 pieces of our furniture. Jeff admitted that his team had damaged items during the move but failed to say anything to us at the time. He also indicated via text message that he would cover the cost of new pieces and has since cut off communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason. They’ve cost us at least $10,000 in damaged furniture and I have high doubts Jeff will honor his word. I’ll most likely end up suing him in court for the damages caused.

• Showed up very late, was rough with the furniture. We hired them for 2 hours and the job only took them 30 minutes, so I don't know why they had to rush and drop my grandmother's dresser? Chipped a number of pieces of antique wooden furniture. Scraped and slided heavy things along my wood floors leaving scratches. Destroyed my entrance rug as well. On the positive side, we did book them very last minute and they were able to fit us in which was nice.

• Fantastic. So grateful for the help. The logistics on this were complicated, Jeff was great, flexible on timing, pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!
