• Guys were friendly. But it was quickly noticed that they were not very experienced. The third guy that was the communication via text showed up to help them for the first two hours. He was the most experienced. Mathieu was a hard worker of the two mover team. Other guy was preoccupied on his cell phone for the first part. They were nice but compared to the company we booked to load our U-Haul, these ones seemed not as experienced. Sorry. Definitely okay for smaller easy jobs. Large truck load of many boxes, items and furniture I would probably pick another. If we didn't have our own 3+ people helping, it most likely would have been double the time easily. Booked 2 hours, added third hour. But our 3+ people did half the job too.

  Thank you for your feedback and kind words about the team Every move is different and this one had a long walk about 100 m from the truck to the elevator and then more distance to the unit with many small boxes The crew used carts and kept working steadily to stay efficient Before we started you had mentioned the possibility of extending the booking due to the size of the move I also joined the crew at no charge to help things go smoothly We understand moving days can be stressful and tiring and we appreciate your patience and understanding On the loading side even with the truck at the patio door it still took about 3.5 hours which shows the volume of items We always aim to complete moves as efficiently as possible
