  • My move was scheduled for a 3 person 4 hour move. Unfortunately 2 of the movers were unable to come due to a traffic accident. I had one helper for 4 hours and was unable to complete the move. When I asked for a credit, Jay the owner ,denied my request. Even though they are charging less, you actually get less and no remediation is available
