  They arrived half hour late, one man and a kid, 13 or 14, didn't speak english, the man came with attitude and was careless with my items. My cream colored sofa was safely wrapped in plastic, William, ripped it open and threw my cushions and pillows on the dirty storage room floor before moving the sofa, the corners of the plastic were torn and the sofa was dragged staining the corners with dirt. He demand that I empty a heavy craft box, because it was too heavy for him and his son. I emptied it and helped the son push it onto the truck. Two men have moved this craft box, full, without trouble. I paid for two men, not a man and a boy. My friend and I had to help them load the 26' truck. Once we arrived at the unload location they said they had to leave, and left us with a full truck to unload ourselves. I'm 65 and my friend, thou strong has a bad back & health issues. Many items were crushed and they just left us, I offered to pay them to help us finish, ya get what ya pay for. Bad!

  This is our second move with Cadillac, so I'd highly recommend using them! Kevin and his team are quick and efficient, nothing was damaged, and they go above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. 10 out of 10, will be calling Cadillac again in the future!
