  • I was confused why I needed to pay for an extra third hour and didn’t get my money back when the job only took about an hour and a half, I don’t like sending money outside of the U-Haul platform. The movers also put our flat screen tvs sideways instead of right side up like labeled on the box and our couch was dropped.

    With all due respect sir. You booked us for two hours when our profile clearly states we charge a 3 hour minimum on 3 flights or more. I called you and explained to you exactly why we charge 3 hours for three flights or more if there is no elevator available. At that moment you could of canceled our services, but you didn't. We didn't put your TV sideways sir. Your tv was in a tv box. Your tv did not get damaged whatsoever. Thanks for your business.
