• The movers were great! They were super friendly and quick despite many, many stairs. We were so grateful for their help! We would highly recommend booking them and we would most definitely book them again.

• Awful experience. We hired 2 guys for 4 hours, it took them 8. Unbelievable. One of the guys had no experience at all, I felt sorry for the other guy, he had to do almost the whole job by him self and gave his best. We end it up helping a lot.

The two movers assigned to your job are actually two of our most experienced team members and have been with our company since it opened. Both are fully trained and very capable. After assessing the size and weight of the items on site, our team leader mentioned that the move would typically require three movers due to the volume and heavier pieces involved. The booking was made for two movers for four hours, but that timeframe is an estimate based on the information provided at booking. When the actual scope of work is larger than expected, additional time may be necessary to complete the move safely and properly. We always prioritize completing the job correctly and safely rather than rushing and risking damage. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the move was completed.
