It was an okay experience. The team was friendly and moved our items but felt the service could have been more efficient. Lack of communication for time confirmation after booking, I had to reach out on multiple occasions. Was contacted 15 minutes before start time that they would be late. The phone number listed does use a relay service, so you may need to mention Miguel’s name to connect as needed.

We moved from New York to Arizona with a 26 foot U-Haul truck, just my husband and I. Having the opportunity to hire someone to help unload the truck was a blessing. The gentleman that came to assist were absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for better helpers. We had the entire truck emptied in 90 minutes. Would absolutely use them again if needed.
