  • Very unprofessional!!! Let me start with i had to call to find out when they were going to come. When I called there was so much noise in the background people yelling, I couldn't hear anything that was being said. I was told they would be at my place at noon, then 1pm, then told two and a half more hours. Finally show up at 3;40 pm. Then they took 15 minutes to get drinks from the stored so now 4 pm. I have never seen movers move so slow in my life. Then the packing begins one guy is missing, location unknown appeared at 415. They took my adjustable bed frame apart and left the pieces all over the floor but put the frame in the truck. Then the other one disappears to the bathroom for 10 mins. On top of all of this I had a wagon that I use to carry groceries and stuff from the car to the house. These 2 decided it was ok for them to use it!! We had words they damaged my couch, then things got bad. At 530 they asked for the code. They did nothing. I can keep going !!! DONT, DONT

    Hi Sharleen Thank you for your feedback We understand your frustration regarding the scheduling delays that day Updates were provided as circumstances changed and our crew completed the job while working in temperatures approaching 100 degrees Short water and restroom breaks were taken for safety and were not excessive We also documented the condition of furniture and property before work began and did not observe any new damage caused during the move The adjustable bed frame required disassembly as part of the moving process and temporary placement of components is standard until loading is completed While we respect your opinion we believe this review does not fully reflect the work performed or the conditions encountered that day We remain committed to providing professional service and improving communication with every customer Superstar Moving and Storage
