  • Items dropped, when I heard a crash in my bedroom I said what happened? Alex said nothing that concerns you. I looked and bed footboard fell unto the metal rails. Cherry Antique Footboard was damaged. TV from Family room was not secured and no longer works. Alex was repeatedly rude to family members. Luke was very nice and professional. Uhaul rep was notified but doubtful anything was said to Alex..
