  • Had to file a police report and pending resolution possible legal action against the site as well! Horrible issues and mistreated by the company.

    Unfortunately this review does not accurately reflect the service provided. This was an hourly labor only move and all approved labor hours were completed. Prior to the move labor expectations and billing were discussed and acknowledged. The move involved stairs multiple locations extreme heat and a large number of loose unboxed items which affected completion time. When additional labor was needed the customer reported issues approving more time through the platform. We completed all approved labor and moved as much as possible within the time purchased. No damages were reported during service and no evidence of damages has been provided. We remain committed to professionalism and quality service and have provided documentation supporting the work performed. We respectfully disagree with the claims made in this review.

  • Mark was very professional, providing updates on expected arrival on the move date, arriving on time with his helper. I booked Superstar Moving for 2 hours, and they completed my job in half that time! Superior service, and excellent value! Highly recommend!
