  Here are the highlights to my move. Hire at your own risk. The movers were 1.5 hours late. So everything was rushed. They also rushed to get to a softball game and then to another job. The moving blankets they intended to use had oil on them even though Steven, the owner assured me they would be super clean after I explained about some white furniture. My furniture sustained significant damage. A dresser with deep gouges on the top. Furniture legs chipped and scrapped. Almost all of the wood furniture sustained some damage. The walls of my house also damaged. A floor lamp did not make the move. I have no idea what happened to it. The movers were professional and helpful. And there is no way they didn’t see the damage they caused. They didn’t say a word. My partner and I ended up helping with loading and unloading much more than I anticipated or have ever had to do in the past. I sent the owner a msg about my experience. He didn’t even care enough to respond.
