Honestly I’m pretty unhappy with my service through them. The guys that loaded our things didn’t do a stellar job resulting in damages to four pieces of furniture. I reached out to them for reimbursement for the damages and he’s taking very little accountability. He only claims fault for one item but he is still unwilling to rectify the cost of said item. I’m now having to file a claim through Moving Help to hopefully get replacements for my lost items.

these items were damaged by the bed thrown i last minute and not by us as we were instructed to not put it in. the damage was caused by the way YOU threw the bed in and why the insurer did not find us at fault because it WASNT our fault.
