  • One guy came on a bike and wasn't prepared to unload. Neither of them knew they were booked for 4 hours and that it was a load and unload. Both were shocked that we had to drive to the new house. We had to give one guy a ride there and then bring him back to the old house to get his bike. My boyfriend had to step in and help and direct them because there was no plan. They really had a hard time getting things out of the old house and got stuck multiple times. Damage was done to the front door. The amount of time we spent stuck really ate into the total reservation time. By the time we unloaded it had been 3.5 hours and we were only halfway done. We didn't have time to get back to the old house (7 minutes away) and pick up more with their help so I just let them leave early even though I paid for 4 hours. They also didn't know each others names and seemed like they'd never met before. Kind of wish I'd spent more and went with someone else. I still tipped them $40 each in cash.
