This moving company we hired was extremely unprofessional. The movers packed our storage units so poorly that we were forced to rent a third unit at our own expense. They repeatedly took unnecessary breaks during the job, and my wife had to drive 30 minutes to the facility just to tell them to get back to work before they would continue. Even after that, they still did not complete the job properly. My wife, daughter, and son-in-law had to step in and help them load our belongings, despite us paying for professional service. When questioned about the poor work and delays, the movers became confrontational and threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay, even though we never refused payment. Overall, the service was careless, inefficient, and unprofessional, and resulted in extra costs, wasted time, and significant frustration.
