Chris and his coworker arrived ahead of schedule, did a complete walk through to understand what things were being loaded, made their plan of attack and completed the job in a timely manner. Both employees were very professional a great work ethic. I will definitely use this company again when I return home from my assignment out of state.
I had to call the owner for scheduling. He did not call me back. I had to call again. He told me the guys would be there close to 1 pm. I got a call at 10 am that they were there. I was 1hr away and hadn't picked up the truck yet. The guys did well, but did a lot of 1 item at a time instead of using the hand truck. They did pack the truck to the max. Lowered stars are not for the guys who helped.
