The Moving Help Marketplace offers three U-Box container services designed to make moving and storage easier.

U-Box Delivery With Load or Unload

If you want a hands-off experience without sacrificing control, choose a U-Box Delivery with Load or Unload.

This near-full-service move includes Moving Helpers picking up your U-Box container from a U-Haul center, delivering the container to your home, loading or unloading the container, and then returning it back to the U-Haul center.

You direct what needs to be loaded or unloaded without having to do the heavy lifting or driving a U-Haul truck rental.

U-Box Delivery Only

U-Box Delivery Only means your local Moving Helpers will pick up the U-Box container from a U-Haul center and deliver it to your location. You ll handle the loading or unloading. After you're done, your local Moving Helpers will pick up your loaded storage container and bring it back to the U-Haul center.

With a U-Box Delivery Only move, you ll receive two Payment Codes:

  • One Payment Code will be given to the Service Provider after they deliver the storage containers to you.
  • One Payment Code will be given to the Service Provider after they deliver the U-Box containers back to the U-Haul center.

U-Box Load or Unload

A U-Box Load or Unload move gives you another Moving Help + U-Box moving option. This type of move means local Moving Help Service Providers will come to your location, load or unload your U-Box container, and then leave.

You coordinate with U-Haul to deliver the U-Box containers from the U-Haul center to your location and then back to the U-Haul center. If your vehicle can tow a U-Box container, you may transport the container to and from the U-Haul center.
