Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Uhaul sent them to the wrong place. I suggest confirming the address with the customer prior to move. They did handle going to the wrong place well. They were good at lifting stuff and they relied on lots of direction from us. Not an issue, just know you have to really guide them.
Desmond and his assistant were excellent with communication before the move, happy to help in any way possible including tying in furniture during the move, and diligent in loading as I requested. Overall great experience, and I would not hesitate to book them again!
I was a bit weary with no reviews but let me say, both men were very nice & professional. They were extremely flexible on start time and extra hours after a few mishaps. Efficient, hardworking, and everything was handled with care and packed in our truck mindfully, I would recommend.
