• David showed up and was GREAT. He was slightly late but it was rush hour, and we weren’t ready anyways because of delays at the UHaul location. However ‘his boy’ never showed up so now I have to deal with UHaul colustomer service to get half my money back.

• This entire experience was a headache from start to finish. I initially called to address a discrepancy with the truck pickup, and communication was already poor. The two movers who arrived seemed unable to communicate with each other, which made the process even more frustrating. I paid for five hours of service, yet they arrived late and left before the full five hours were completed. The real issue came afterward. The following week, I discovered multiple damaged items—damage that was absolutely not present before the move. To date, nothing has been resolved or rectified. I’ve reached out, received no meaningful response, and have now contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint. I refuse to pay out of pocket for damages I did not cause. This company has shown zero accountability, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
