  • My experience with Heavy Weight Mover was one of the worst moving experiences I've had. From the time they step into the apartment it was something. They booked only 2 hours to move me in which my contract said load and unloaded. They only load my truck and left. They booked another move 30 minutes after their 2 hours with me. They said they would go and do that move and come back to unload mines. I ended up paying someone else to unload my furniture and pay them. I pay more for the rental Uhaul truck, because I kept it 3 hours over the time I was to return the truck. Please don't send me boys to do a man job.

    booked us for 2 hours with a huge truck which was not even possible to load and unload i let you know this at the beginning of the job and you told me to just do the 2 hours. when we finished to 2 hours we was willing to help you unload you told us your key will take an hour and thirty minutes how would and we informed you we had another job learn the rules and read and mindful about how much time you book and how much things you have.

  • Movers were about 45 mins late, however, they made up for it by providing a third person and was able to stay relatively within the timeframe I had for loading the truck. Nice young man runs the company.
