• Unprofessional will not use again. 1) Job was incomplete 2) We had to do work ourselves for a service we paid for 3) Movers started late 4) Movers ended the job early The first mover was given the wrong address, the second mover showed up 45 mins late, so the first mover had to work by himself. Then at the end with 30 mins left the first mover sat in his car then left, leaving the second one to work by himself. We had to help the second mover. The second mover left shortly after to get suit tailored and needed to make his appt (This mover the one that was 45mins late and the reason the appointment was over its time). Didnt finish moving the stuff from the living room to the bedroom. We were so over the whole experience we just wanted to wrap things up. We will have to move the bedroom set and set it up ourselves. Would not use this service again

  Customer had 2hrs and wanted to loads and 1 unload trying to get 2 of them you ran out of time

• Upon 1st contact with Maurice he seemed very pushy and abrasive. We had a dire situation and he told me that I was asking for a lot of work for 2 hours. We wanted me to change the reservation to 3 hours prior to him confirming their availability. I cld him to speak with him to explain my situation. He told me that I didn’t book properly and that I was trying to take advantage of a situation. I hung up on him due to his rudeness. He later sent a text saying he would be able to assist and how he would work with me. Against my better judgement, I booked. To make a long story short, what was originally quoted as a 2 hour unloading job from other companies turned into 5. It was so bad that the Regional manager of the storage facility was visiting. After they finished, she told me they were the WORST movers she has seen. She witnessed their procrastination & prolong to get max pay. She also witnessed them dropping & damaging some of our belongings. I will never book with them again.

  This is exactly what I get for going against my better judgement you had 2 truck 15foot and 20ft fully loaded you booked for 2hrs you needed to book 2 2hrs services so totally 4hrs that sounds about right you also had a piano with it that you did not get charged for nobody dropped anything now your just making stuff up to make the company look bad you booked for one service but needed 2 of them
