  They didn’t read any of the labels on the boxes resulting in boxes labeled clearly as fragile or crushable items being stacked at the bottom and getting crushed or broken and boxes that were super heavy with items like books going on top of everything and breaking items below as well as crashing down on us when we unloaded everything. They broke a support beam on our couch as well and my daughters shadow box that has all of her birth items like first outfit, hospital hat and priceless pictures, now when I try to contact them they are ignoring me and won’t message back. I don’t know if they don’t have insurance or just don’t want to be responsible but I don’t suggest this company for any moving help if you want your items to be handled with care and not broken.

  Gary and Mike were absolutely excellent! They communicated consistently and proactively to keep things going smoothly both before and during the move, despite this being a super short notice job. They were hardworking, efficient, and very careful with all my furniture and boxes, and extremely friendly and polite on top of that! They got everything unloaded and moved to where I requested in a very timely manner. In fact, rather than the usual complaints you hear about movers that stop to take extra long breaks on the clock every few minutes and run up your bill, I actively asked them to take a break whenever they needed to, and they politely told me that it wouldn't be necessary and kept working instead! Highly recommend Dedicated Movers and will be using their services again whenever I need moving help.

  The movers were very organized. They worked together as a team and communicated with each other to ensure no damage happened to furniture. Made our move seamless. I have confidence that the way our moving truck is packed, everything is safe and secure. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend these wonderful movers. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is going to move in the future.
