  Aggie Move & Haul

  I cannot say enough positive things about Aggie’s Move & Haul! The movers I originally booked through movinghelp.com never showed, and we were in a serious bind, as it was our last day in the apartment, and we were flying out the next morning. I called Aggie’s late in the day, and even though they were an hour and a half away, David and his team picked up our U-Box order and arrived within two hours. David communicated clearly every step of the way; before, during, and after the move, sending updates and photos as they worked. They were careful, courteous, and incredibly reliable. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

  The start of the service was great. Davion & Andrew arrived on time, came into my home to assess the situation, and got to work right away. However, by the end of the move, one of the movers decided to take advantage of the situation.I noticed him coming out of my closet, claiming he was making sure they had gathered all their supplies. When I checked my closet, everything seemed to be in place at first. Later, he must have gone back into my closet and taken one of my valuables. After the move, he went straight to the car without saying a word, while the other mover finished collecting their equipment and politely said goodbye.Once they left, I went to my room and noticed the valuable item that had been sitting in the same spot for over an month. My gun box was also open thankfully, I had my firearm in my car at the time. It’s clear he was supposed to be picking up their supplies but instead was picking up my belongings. I have a 12-hour drive ahead hopefully nothing else is missing.
