I hired 3 movers. Only two showed up. The two that showed up worked hard. However, I was told that the third mover was on his way, and then in the afternoon that they were going to try to have someone else come. Estimates of when the movers would be done were off by a couple hours. No one from Charles Family besides the two movers communicated with me about how I hired a third mover that never showed up.

The mover became extremely angry after something happened and threatened to end of the job early on multiple occasions. In the end they did not finish the job completely and I also had to help the other mover with the job. 1 out of 10 do not choose them!! It ended up being such a stressful situation especially when moving is already very stressful to begin
