  • The two young men were polite and courteous. They were not efficient and did not take directions well. Unloading and loading the truck took longer than it should, because they refused to use the utility dolly. Also, one of the guys would not move anything on or off the truck without permission from the other guy. This resulted in countless time wasted as he stood around waiting for directions. They argued with one another about how to move larger pieces. They insisted on removing drawers from our dressers only to put them back wrong. They took apart our bed frame and did not keep the pieces together. We found additional screws that they left behind. We watched boxes fall off their dollies because they stacked them too high. They didn’t listen and unloaded boxes to the wrong rooms in our home. What should have taken no more than 4 hours ended up taking 6. They started late because he had to get tools that he ended up not bringing. Will not rehire.
