  Most of the job got done. We do have heavy furniture and lots of stairs which can be difficult to navigate. The movers did struggle a bit because of the weight of items and the stairs. I felt bad, but it was also why we hired help in the first place. I would suggest calling and letting them know the materials so they could get the right movers who could handle the weight and exertion needed. Both the original person I contacted and the movers who provided service weren’t the most professional but kind and communicative overall. I did provide my own help with moving things, so they did not do everything on their own. I think more clarity on what the job entailed would’ve been beneficial on both sides.

  I cannot recommend this crew enough! They were responsive, arrived on time (early actually), hardworking, kind and very respectful. They worked quickly and went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first time hiring movers and I am so happy I did. As a single mom who absolutely dreads the moving process I was at ease during the entire loading and unloading process. Whenever my next move may be I will be sure to hire RelocateMEright again, worth their weight in gold! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
