• One of the team members was VERY rude throughout the entire move. He kept making comments about how things weren't packed despite the fact that they were not moving those things and weren't in the way. And the things that were to be moved, which was the fridge doors were still on. The owner had told me NOT to remove them because he had the tools to do that. While the owner attempted to remove the fridge doors I asked if we could load something else. Rather than speak to me and say why they needed to load the fridge, he started complaining about how if moving was easy everyone would do it themselves! I asked him to repeat himself, to which he said I wasn't talking to you! Throughout the move he complained about everything, especially the fact that I have 2 cats and they all have allergies (why take the job then?). I spoke to the owner- he said he'd speak to him. When he did, the team member just started complaining about me!

• This is the 2nd time I’ve used them. Once again, they communicated in advance and arrived on time. They worked efficiently and everything was handled with care.
