  • Reached out right away. Showed up on time. However rushed and did not use the furniture pads to protect. They broke several items including a queen bed frame that cannot be repaired. Broke tile and threw broken pieces into the moving truck. Did not know how to load the moving truck. I’ve moved a lot of times and a lot of areas across the country and used moving help before. These two gentlemen need educated on how to load and how to protect customers furniture. Very poor experience
