• I would have appreciated better communication by an actual person other than just emails. The two guys showed up a little bit late due to traffic, but not an issue. They were both great. Especially working in this intolerable heat.

• If I could rate this company below a one star I would. For anyone considering hiring this company, do yourself a favor and KEEP AWAY. Save yourself the money and headache. I hired two helpers for a total of six hrs. I was informed fifteen mins before their arrival that they were running over an hour behind. Workers ended up arriving three hours later, and spoke zero English.They showed up with absolutely no moving equipment, even though I was reassured by the company days prior that they would in fact have equipment on hand when they arrived to complete the job. This made the job even harder, and began to eat up even more of my time. The company completely messed up my entire day, not only with the reserved time that I had with the uhaul, but also damaged a lot of my furniture because they tried to rush the job. When I tried to speaking to a supervisor, they were completely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. I am active duty military, and I am having them black listed on MacDill.
