Now that you've found us, consider it done. Clock starts when crew arrives & all hrs are added via the U-Haul app. Time billed in whole hrs with no charge for stairs or long carries. Price match with workers comp & 1M liability. U-Box moves include 2 hrs per box. Arrival windows 2hr AM, 3hr PM, up to 6hr same-day. All supplies & equipment billed with U-Haul & on-site. Crews carry basic hand tools.

I would have appreciated a confirmation before the day of service. An email or call or text would have been helpful. Also when booking through the U-Haul website, there is no indication that the time you have scheduled is actually a window.
