• The guys were very professional and patient. The communication from day to day until the time of unpacking the truck was stupendous. I would recommend this company to anyone.

• The lead person left the job for an appointment and didn’t come back for 2.5 hours. During that time a couch was left stuck in a doorway. The two workers left to work in his absence informed me that they were limited physically and couldn’t lift anything heavy. I was moving things myself and it was ridiculous that I was paying these workers to stand on my driveway. At one point for some unknown reason one of these workers took the padding off a dresser and told me that were screws in one of the drawers. I told him to leave the bagged screws where they were. I needed them to put a bed frame together. The bag of screws are now missing and I have to figure out how to get this huge bed frame together.i called the lead guy to get back to the house and bring an able body person with him. When he finally arrived with the person, the job was finally done. I hired them for 3 hours , it took over 5. I wasn’t charged for the extra time and I tipped them to get rid of them. Horrible experience!!!
