Overall, our experience with Relocate Pro Movers was okay. They arrived on time and securely loaded our belongings into the U-Haul, which we appreciated. However, they tried to charge us an additional fee for the stairs in the house, despite there being no prior communication that stairs would cost extra. We had also booked two hours of moving service, but it was obvious the crew was rushing because they had another job scheduled afterward. While everything was loaded securely, the truck wasn’t packed particularly well. There were noticeable gaps, and several items appeared to be stacked somewhat haphazardly rather than carefully and efficiently. They got the job done, but the overall experience felt rushed and less organized than we expected from a professional moving company.
