My recent move on April 11 was not handled professionally. The movers arrived late, unprepared, and did not demonstrate urgency. They also failed to arrive at the next location before us, which added unnecessary delays. There were communication issues regarding services that were already discussed in advance, and unfortunately, damage occurred to both my walls and flooring. This experience did not reflect the quality I expected based on previous moves.
