I had the worst moving experience of my life with this company. The movers who came to my house arrived visibly high. One of them was so intoxicated he could barely function, let alone carry heavy furniture. They caused serious damage to my house, literally punched a hole in the wall and damaged multiple door frames. One of them kept taking selfies in front of my car completely ignoring the job they were being paid to do. I hired this company based on their five-star reviews, but now I seriously question how those ratings were earned. The experience was beyond disappointing, it was traumatic. And to make matters worse, I had to pay out of pocket for repairs and repainting. Completely unacceptable, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

What really stood out was how attentive and respectful the team was, they took the time to ask exactly how I wanted things done, and they didn’t leave until both they and I were completely satisfied with the job.
