  • They were very friendly and communicated with me in time! I ordered the wrong size of the truck, and they were very professional about organizing the space, fitting almost EVERYTHING in there without any damages. I had no idea how does a Uhauls truck works, and they were patient in explaining each steps. Excellent overall and would recommend to a friend for sure!
