  • The helper I booked showed up on time and was polite, but he immediately said he had a back injury and couldn’t lift or move properly. I appreciated that he still came, but U-Haul should not send someone who is physically unfit for the job. I felt bad for him and didn’t want to push him, so I ended up doing most of the work myself. It was a stressful and disappointing experience overall.
